Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Technical Growth Lead based in the Netherlands. This hands-on growth leadership role focuses on turning developer interest into activation and qualified pipeline, spanning signup, activation and sales opportunity while partnering with Sales, RevOps, Engineering, Design and leadership.

You will design experiments, build demos and campaigns, explore AI-native channels, and deliver measurable outcomes through rapid iteration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth, demand generation, or developer marketing.
• Proven signup-to-pipeline or signup-to-revenue ownership for developer-facing products.
• Able to explain changes and business impact with data.
• Willingness to build hands-on growth assets and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own the developer-led growth funnel from signup to sales opportunity.
• Maintain weekly funnel performance view to drive decisions.
• Define lead criteria and build scoring, routing, and alerts.
• Establish lead-response processes for timely follow-up.
• Develop public content and shipping cadence for developers.
