• Minimum 6 months of demonstrated success in a customer-centric role driving outcomes.
• Familiarity with B2B prospecting tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
• Passion for remote work and curiosity about evolving trends shaping the global workplace.
• Fluent English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Create awareness and generate interest in Oyster through outbound prospecting.
• Partner with Sales Executives to drive mid-market and SMB pipeline velocity.
• Qualify and schedule high-value meetings that convert into opportunities.
• Present Oyster's global employment platform to target buyers.
• Organize and manage your pipeline for maximum efficiency and predictable results.
• Collaborate with the GTM team to translate buyer intelligence into strategy.
