Job summary

Blue Lynx seeks a Team Lead for Sales Operations & Order Management to coordinate the EU Order Desk remotely. You will lead daily operations, monitor KPIs, and handle end-to-end order processes for EU retail and B2B channels, while coaching a regional team and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

The role requires fluent German, French and English, a Bachelor's degree in business or related field, and experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a relevant field.
• Fluent in German, French and English (written and spoken).
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong experience in sales operations, order management, or logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the EU Order Desk team in daily operations.
• Act as the first point of contact for operational topics and escalations.
• Coach team members to support performance and development.
• Monitor KPIs and service levels and align with global sales principles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and regions.
• Handle EU retail and B2B orders in the ERP system per global sales.
• Manage returns, claims, and customer order topics.
• Create customer invoices and support order/delivery management.
• Maintain customer master data and pricing conditions in ERP.
