Job summary

JDE Peet's NL is offering a Talent Management Intern position at our Utrecht office starting January/February 2026. You will support the Talent Management NL team with HR project management and employee development, contributing to L&D initiatives and onboarding.

You will gain hands-on experience in learning systems, trainings coordination, and stakeholder communications while working in a hybrid setup, with three days in the office and one day from home.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s programme during the internship.
• Proficient in MS Office and fluent in English.
• Available for at least 5 months.
• Willing to work 3 days in the office and 1 day from home.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and rolling out Learning & Development, Performance, and Talent Management tools and materials.
• Plan and organize trainings and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Coordinate onboarding for new employees.
• Provide admin support and manage the Learning & Development mailbox.
• Maintain and improve digital learning solutions and systems.
• Contribute ideas on employability, engagement and performance initiatives.
