Job summary

JDE Peet's is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to manage internship recruitment across the Netherlands from its Utrecht or Amsterdam office, starting February 2026. You will support the IHQ talent team with ongoing recruitments, Employer Branding, and Talent Management initiatives.

The role combines four days in the office with one remote day, offering learning across Talent Acquisition processes and events within a global HR team.

Qualifications

• Academic program: enrolled in Higher Professional Education (BSc/MSc) in Organizational Studies, HR, Marketing or Communication.
• Strong MS Office skills and fluent English (speaking and writing).
• HR-related experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage internship recruitment and selection process for the Netherlands.
• Coordinate calendars and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
• Manage assessment processes with external service provider.
• Publish internship advertisements on internal and external boards.
• Assist Employer Branding activities and Talent Management events.
