The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, collaboration with engineering, maintenance and improvement teams, and training delivery to strengthen automation knowledge on site in Cuijk, Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial automation within a production/manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and root cause analysis experience.
• Familiarity with engineering standards and validated change processes.
• Ability to work across multiple teams and manage contractors.
• Ownership mindset as a technical subject matter expert in a complex automation landscape.
• Clear communication and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuity, performance, quality, and cybersecurity of automation systems.
• Review projects and changes to meet standards and validation expectations.
• Support operational automation issues and improve procedures.
• Lead root cause investigations to reduce downtime and improve CI.
• Coordinate maintenance, change, and lifecycle activities with teams.
• Coordinate external contractors and suppliers to internal standards.
• Act as SME for Level 2–4 automation systems and related infrastructure.
• Develop and deliver training to strengthen automation knowledge.
