Job summary

Lever, Inc. on behalf of a partner company in the Netherlands is seeking a Deal Operations Manager to shape and scale deal operations in a fully remote setting.

You will own CPQ-aware workflows that speed up quote-to-cash and ensure high-quality deals across the lifecycle. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product to translate pricing and packaging decisions into practical deal structures and automation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Deal Desk/Deal Operations or Revenue Operations in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on CPQ experience (DealHub or equivalent) and quote-to-cash knowledge.
• Ability to design scalable deal processes with KPI reviews.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve global deal operations workflow across intake, routing, approvals, SLAs.
• Ensure CPQ approval readiness, discount rationale, and downstream handoff.
• Support construction of new, renewal, expansion, and non-standard deals.
• Translate strategies into CPQ rules, terminology, and processes.
• Coordinate with Legal and Finance on terms, revenue recognition, and billing.
