The role combines administrative coordination with regular communication across a distributed vendor network, helping project teams select vendors by language pairs, rates, availability, and past performance. Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience handling recurring admin tasks and remote coordination.
• Familiarity with mail merge and bulk communications.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace apps.
• Experience with vendor management or localization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new users and provision accounts; maintain accurate access records.
• Maintain vendor information including rates and contact details.
• Prepare and send vendor communications and track responses.
• Help project managers identify suitable vendors by language pairs and performance.
• Respond to linguists and vendors via email; escalate when needed.
• Organize and maintain digital documents with clear folder structures.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and automate processes.
