Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to contribute to the design and user research of digital products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centric design, strong interaction design skills, and the ability to translate research insights into intuitive interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to gather insights and understand user needs and behaviors.
• Translate research findings into effective interaction designs and wireframes.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders in an Agile environment.
• Create user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma or Azure.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing.
• Ensure a seamless and consistent user experience across platforms.

Must-Have Experience & Skills:

• 8–10 years of professional experience in User Experience (UX) Design.
• User research
• Strong proficiency with Figma and/or Azure for design and prototyping.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams.
• Experience in UX consulting or working directly with clients to understand and define UX strategy.
• Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards.
• Experience working with development teams to implement UX designs.
