You will shape scalable workflows, evaluate emerging AI technologies, and lead transitions from experimental to production-grade creative systems in a fully remote, globally distributed setting.

The role demands a hands-on leader with deep generative AI expertise, strong creative judgment, and the ability to align assets with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex AI initiatives and scalable systems.
• Proven ability to translate creative goals into technical specifications.
• Strong collaboration and decision-making in remote environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and improvement of AI-generated visuals with realism and business impact.
• Design and optimize scalable generative AI workflows and automation.
• Automate large-scale content production via APIs, scripting, and orchestration.
• Define technical standards for AI image generation across content streams.
• Evaluate new models and tools before production deployment.
