Job summary

Aiir is seeking a data-driven Product Designer to own the end-to-end journey from raw user data to shipped features. Based in Amsterdam (or remote), you will bridge analytics and engineering, accelerating our insights-to-prototype loop with PostHog, Figma, Claude, and Framer.

You will lead the migration of PrimeVue components into a comprehensive design system and partner closely with frontend to shorten handoff time, while advocating for users through interviews and field visits.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in SaaS product design, handling complex dashboards and data-heavy forms.
• Proficiency with Figma, components, tokens and design systems.
• Experience using PostHog to justify design decisions and improve UX.

Responsibilities

• Turn Data into Action: identify friction points from analytics and improve features.
• Rapid Prototyping via AI: convert concepts to dev-ready prototypes in under a week.
• Architect our Design System: migrate PrimeVue components into a comprehensive Figma library.
• Close the handoff gap: collaborate with frontend to reduce design-to-code time.
• User advocacy: conduct interviews and visit engine shops to understand real-world use.
