Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Technical Project Manager in the Netherlands to lead large engineering programs across multiple teams. You will own scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs while coordinating across Engineering, Product, Design, and Security teams.

You will shape program strategy with a high level of autonomy, ensuring execution discipline and clear communication to executives and engineers in an AI-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading technical programs with multiple teams.
• Ability to read engineering design documents and discuss sequencing with senior engineers.
• Proven track record delivering complex initiatives at scale across organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own complex engineering programs end to end from definition to delivery.
• Define scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Drive cross-functional trade-offs and document key decisions.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers on technical details and sequencing.
• Serve as central coordination across Engineering, Product, Design, Security, and GTM.
• Provide regular updates on program health, risks, and trade-offs.
• Communicate clearly with technical teams and executives.
• Identify blockers and drive mitigation across teams.
• Provide leadership visibility to understand progress and inform decisions.
• Improve engineering productivity with lightweight processes and AI-native approaches.
