Job summary

TFS HealthScience is hiring a Senior Director Business Development – DIID (Dermatology, Immunology & Inflammatory Diseases) for a home-based role across Europe. You will lead strategic sales plans, manage a territory, and drive client retention while coordinating bids and proposals with cross-functional teams.

The role requires extensive network in DIID, strong leadership, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and team leadership capabilities
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across regions and functions
• Experience in clinical research or CRO sales preferred
• Proven track record in business development and account growth

Responsibilities

• Initiate, coordinate and develop strategic plans within a territory or accounts
• Meet annual sales goals and objectives
• Identify new business opportunities and respond to RFIs/RFPs
• Coordinate budget negotiations and post-award activities
• Maintain strong client relationships and drive retention
• Lead and mentor junior business development staff
• Provide input to senior leadership and report on performance
