Job summary

SnackPilot, a fast-growing brand of international sweets and snacks, is expanding its Sales / Business Development team. The role focuses on managing relationships with existing customers, acquiring new clients, and collaborating with logistics, purchasing, and operations to support end-to-end sales processes.

You will communicate via phone and email, prepare offers and contracts, and maintain accurate customer data.

Qualifications

• Prior sales or BD experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication via phone and email is essential.
• Fluency in Dutch is required; German is a plus; English is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with existing customers and actively acquire new clients.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email.
• Follow up on inquiries, offers and ongoing sales processes.
• Support the preparation of offers and contracts.
• Maintain customer data and sales overviews.
• Collaborate closely with logistics, purchasing and operations teams.
