Horizon3.ai is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide hands-on technical help for our EMEA-wide employees, onsite and remotely. You will cover hardware, software, accounts, and collaboration tools, while escalating complex issues to senior staff.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in IT support, strong troubleshooting, and good customer service mindset. A hybrid/remote work setup with occasional on-site work is expected, as Horizon3 emphasizes flexible work arrangements.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or IT operations
• Experience supporting both in-office and remote/distributed employees preferred
• Must have foundational IT support experience and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical staff
• Must manage a queue of requests with minimal direction
• Must escalate when needed and document fixes for knowledge base

Aufgaben

• Provide onsite technical support including hardware setup, network connectivity, conference room/AV equipment, and printer/peripheral troubleshooting.
• Resolve tickets for the distributed workforce, covering hardware, software, account access, and queue management.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding logistics including equipment provisioning and device retrieval.
• Manage identity tasks (password resets, MFA, access requests) and escalate complex requests.
• Support endpoint management tasks such as imaging, patching, and asset tracking in tools like Jamf or Iru/Intune.
• Maintain records of tickets, assets, and resolutions for reporting and audits.
• Follow runbooks and update knowledge base; flag gaps for improvements.
• Escalate unresolved issues with context and troubleshooting steps.
• Collaborate with Security and IT Engineering on device compliance and access control.
• Demonstrate commitment to integrity, process improvement, and customer satisfaction.
