Job summary
Genpact is seeking a Tech Lead - Application Support to guide teams in a global environment, addressing advanced product queries and technical escalations. The role involves working in a hybrid setup with two work-from-home days per week and on-call nights/weekends.
Strong knowledge across PowerShell, DevOps, SQL, and web technologies is required. You will lead critical investigations, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable support for
Qualifications
- BA in computer science or equivalent
- Experience in Tier3 support or professional services
- English – excellent writing and conversational skills
- Experience with PowerShell and DevOps tools
- SQL scripting and DB maintenance
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node JS, React
- Experience in programming, ASP.NET would be an advantage
- Experience in system log analysis
- Experience with Windows servers and IIS
- Experience with cloud services
Responsibilities

- Be part of a large corporate in a global environment
- Work Mon-Fri (2 choice days a week from home)
- Take on-call shifts during nights and weekends
