Job summary

Onetrail is seeking a proactive Business Developer to drive new business across the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. You will build relationships with retailers, distributors and manufacturers, run consultative meetings and present tailored product data and supply chain solutions.

In this role you manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing, collaborate with Customer Success and Implementation, and develop your own market and approach with the support of an

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working and thinking level.
• At least two years of commercial experience within Software, IT, SaaS or a comparable B2B environment.
• Experience with consultative selling or solution selling is an advantage.
• Affinity with digitalisation, software or supply chain processes.
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English.
• A valid driving licence (Category B).

Responsibilities

• Developing new business opportunities across the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.
• Building and maintaining long‑term relationships with retailers, distributors, suppliers and manufacturers.
• Conducting consultative sales meetings and analysing business processes and supply chain challenges.
• Delivering product demonstrations and commercial presentations.
• Preparing quotations and commercial proposals.
• Managing the complete sales cycle from first introduction through to contract signing.
• Working closely with ERP partners and strategic business partners.
• Managing and expanding the existing sales pipeline in HubSpot.
• Preparing sales forecasts and reporting on commercial progress.
• Ensuring a seamless handover to Customer Success and the Onboarding Specialist.
