Redline Group is helping a leading manufacturer of test and measurement systems recruit an Account Manager to cover parts of the Benelux region from the Netherlands. You will support design and engineering teams, drive RF product adoption, and secure design wins while delivering product training for distributor FAE’s.

The role emphasizes relationship-building across customer organisations, consultative selling, and strong negotiation skills to convert opportunities into outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience selling solutions within Test & Measurement, especially RF products.
• Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Excellent communication with negotiation and consultative sales abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers' design and engineering teams to implement next‑gen RF products and secure design wins.
• Provide regular in-depth product training for distributor FAE’s after training.
