YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations professional to optimize CRM workflows and data integrity for SaaS revenue ops. This remote role focuses on configuring CRM platforms, aligning tools, and delivering reliable reporting.

The role requires strong communication, hands-on CRM experience, and the ability to manage multiple revenue-related tools outside the CRM. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong communication and data reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Manage revenue tools including quoting, billing, ticketing, and project management systems.
• Build and optimize sales and customer success workflows.
• Maintain accurate data and reporting across connected systems.
