Job summary

YourTalent Consultancy is seeking a Business Development Representative to manage partnerships in the renewable energy space. The role is commission-based and remote, covering the Netherlands, Germany, Scandinavia, Italy and Spain.

You will engage with hiring managers, negotiate terms, and drive new client signings while coordinating with our Talent Acquisition team. Ideal candidates have sales or BD experience in technical sectors, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Sales or business development experience with clients in the technical domain.
• Proven ability to turn 'no' into 'yes'.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Goal-oriented and driven to achieve targets.
• Eager to learn and develop professionally.
• Proficiency in English, Dutch and German highly preferred.
• Build a network in renewable energy sector.
• Flexible working schedule; work remotely.
• Potential to transition to full-time employment.
• Business development training from external senior experts.
• Remuneration commission model tied to success: EUR 1000 per new client + 15% on placements.

Responsibilities

• Market Research and Lead Generation in renewable energy sector.
• Client outreach and relationship management with Hiring Managers, HR Managers and MDs.
• Explain terms, negotiate fees, and finalize collaboration details.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition Specialists to fill opportunities at clients.
• Develop innovative strategies to enhance BD operations.
