Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales and/or technical experience in B2B.
• CRM experience; Salesforce preferred.
• Experience in Workboat market.

Responsibilities

• Present, sell, and attain maximum net income from company products to customers per strategy.
• Manage distribution channels and independent manufacturer's reps.
• Ensure proper representation of the Samson brand to end-users.
• Be responsible for all field sales activities in an assigned geographic territory.
• Develop and achieve short- and long-term sales goals for the Company's products.
• Attend conventions and exhibitions to promote products in the assigned areas.
• Collaborate with other field sales managers to achieve maximum results.
• Provide consultation and technical solutions to customer end-user problems.
