Job summary

Unit4 is seeking a Product Success Partner to join our team in helping customers unlock more value from Unit4 solutions through Success4U. You will work with Customer Success Managers to drive adoption, optimisation and measurable outcomes across our ERP/enterprise SaaS offerings.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in technical customer support or ERP consulting, strong stakeholder management, and a proven ability to translate product capabilities into business value for customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as technical customer support or technical consultant in ERP.
• Experience in Customer Success, consulting, implementation, or enterprise SaaS/ERP roles.
• Ability to translate product capabilities into business value and guide customers toward measurable outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple teams.
• Confidence in working with customers on adoption, optimisation, and value realisation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Success Managers to shape and evolve customer Success Plans, linking business goals to product adoption and measurable value.
• Identify adoption gaps, optimisation opportunities, and best-practice pathways across Unit4 solutions.
• Guide customers towards scalable, future-ready ways of working by promoting standard functionality and reducing unnecessary complexity.
• Support Value Enhancement Services by triaging customer needs and aligning them to outcome-based packages or analysis paths.
• Bring the voice of the customer back into Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams to influence continuous improvement.
