Job summary

Unit4 is seeking a Product Director for Professional Services to own the vertical product vision, strategy, and roadmap that drives the ERP platform for mid-market PSOs. You will work with both PSO and horizontal product teams to deliver end-to-end platform capabilities and commercial outcomes.

You will translate industry knowledge into investment-backed requirements, define blueprints, and partner with leadership on pricing and go-to-market for new capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management for enterprise software and ERP/PSO spaces.
• Proven ability to translate industry needs into scalable product requirements.
• Strong collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer success to drive product outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the industry roadmap for professional services within the platform.
• Translate workflows into actionable requirements and drive AI/automation differentiators.
• Collaborate with horizontal product teams to ensure PSO needs are reflected in the platform.
• Engage with customers and partners to validate direction and demonstrate value.
• Lead discovery, validation, and launch activities with UX, engineering, and operations teams.
