Job summary

Unit4 in the Netherlands is seeking an ERP Technical Consultant (Dutch Speaking) to deliver technical solutions for ERP implementations, migrations and optimisations. You will analyse requirements with functional consultants and customer stakeholders, and build integrations using APIs, XML/JSON, SOAP, extension frameworks, and low-code tools.

• Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
• 3+ years in a technical consulting, ERP, integration, migration, or customer-facing role.
• Hands-on experience with integrations, APIs, XML/JSON, SOAP, extension frameworks, and both pro-code and low-code development.

What you bring

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
• 3+ years of experience in a technical consulting, ERP, integration, migration, or customer-facing technical role
• Hands-on experience with integrations, APIs, XML/JSON, SOAP, extension frameworks, and both pro-code and low-code development
• Practical, daily experience using AI tools in technical work
• Experience with data migration, mapping, and validation
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate requirements into solutions
• A structured, independent, and customer-oriented way of working
• A team-player mindset and willingness to keep learning

Nice to have

• Unit4 ERP experience, especially with Extension Kit, App Studio, APIs, reporting, or migration tooling
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar AI coding assistants
• Experience working in international project teams
