Job summary

Nebius is seeking an experienced Partner Solutions Architect to enable VARs and technology partners. You will own key partner relationships, align sales, presales, product and engineering teams, and help bring joint Nebius solutions to market.

In this role, you’ll develop joint value propositions, coordinate enablement, and guide technical validation and deployment planning with partners. Remote work from Canada is supported, with global collaboration at pace.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solutions architecture, presales, or partner tech roles.
• Proven track record enabling VARs and technology partners.
• Experience building joint value propositions and taking partner solutions to market.
• Ability to translate partner requirements into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop joint value propositions that combine Nebius with partner products or services.
• Work with Channel and Nebius sales and marketing on go-to-market plans and co-selling.
• Lead joint customer discovery and define proof-of-concept success criteria.
• Enable VAR partners to qualify opportunities and package implementations.
• Define joint solutions with product and engineering inputs and align priorities.
• Build partner relationships and drive adoption through enablement.
• Track readiness, adoption, and contributions to pipeline and wins.
