Qualifications

• Proven people-management experience in technical organizations.
• Strong track record leading customer-facing technical teams across EMEA.
• Demonstrated experience building, scaling and operating regional architectures/teams.
• Hands-on leader who can operate at strategy and execution levels.
• Deep understanding of the EMEA technology market and diverse cultures.
• Ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders at C-level.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Comfort in fast-growing environments with evolving team structures.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead and coach a high-performing Solutions Architecture team across multiple countries and markets in EMEA.
• Own the engagement model for EMEA in partnership with regional Sales leadership.
• Establish priorities, operating mechanisms and performance expectations across the regional team.
• Develop and scale the organization through hiring, coaching and leadership development.
• Engage with CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Infrastructure, AI/ML leaders and other senior stakeholders.
• Advise Nebius on Product and Technology roadmaps from the customer perspective.
