Job summary
Nebius in Amsterdam is seeking a Partner Field Sales Manager based in the US to accelerate revenue by driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced sales across the Nebius partner ecosystem in North America. You will own relationships with strategic partners, align them with field sales, and help shape joint GTM motions.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years in enterprise software sales or partnerships, a track record of quota attainment, and strong executive presence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise software sales, channel sales, or strategic alliances.
- Experience in cloud, AI, data, or analytics space is preferred.
- Quota-carrying performance with partner ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver revenue quota for partner-sourced bookings.
- Collaborate with field sales to integrate partners into account strategies.
- Build joint sales motions with SIs, GSI, Nvidia, and channel partners.
- Serve as primary partner sales interface for assigned segment.
- Develop and run joint account planning workshops and campaigns.
- Drive forecasting, pipeline visibility, and revenue reporting.
- Define GTM plays and enablement paths for partner success.
- Coordinate with global/regional partner teams to align programs.
- Support partner-led projects with product and solutions engineering.
- Lead quarterly business reviews with partners.
- Refine partner engagement models based on data.
