Monks seeks an Associate Director of Paid Search to lead a team of Senior Managers and Analysts, directing 1–3 large client relationships and driving KPI-driven ROI. You will shape strategy, oversee execution, and communicate directly with clients in a fast-growing digital agency.

You will mentor talent, manage cross-channel paid search initiatives across Google and Microsoft Ads, and work with the Account Services leadership to elevate client performance and agency growth.

Formación

• 5+ years of agency Google advertising experience and budgets of $100,000+ monthly.
• Experience managing both B2B and B2C Google advertising.
• Strong numeric analysis with Excel.
• Proven leadership to help others succeed.
• Persuasive client communication about paid search performance.
• Driven and innovative; able to lead and guide the team.
• Willing to dive into detail while steering broader paid search direction.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coach a growing team of Paid Search Senior Managers, Account Managers and Analysts.
• Lead paid search across B2B or B2C Lead Gen as well as DTC ecommerce clients.
• Optimize campaigns to core KPIs.
• Plan and execute paid search strategies.
• Train your team in Google/Bing and other search partner advertising skills.
• Provide ongoing feedback, goal reviews, and 1-on-1s with team members.
• Support department and agency-wide thought leadership and training initiatives.
• Generate and oversee strong revenue growth from client renewals.
• Participate in onboarding, renewal calls, and client communications with top Google accounts.
• Develop a detailed understanding of clients’ products, industry, goals.
• Create and oversee well performing paid search strategies across Google and Microsoft Ads.
• Conduct weekly account reviews with your account managers.
• Provide optimization assistance and account troubleshooting.
• Analyze performance data and KPIs.
