Monks is seeking a Sr Manager, Media Strategy to lead day-to-day planning, insights and client service for key relationships. You will partner across Social, Search, Programmatic and other channels, delivering holistic, data‑driven recommendations.

The role emphasizes strong presentation skills, growth of accounts, and collaboration with Activation, Investment and Data & Measurement teams. A hybrid work model, generous benefits and a market-competitive USD salary range are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in media planning, digital media or client service
• Self-starter who manages multiple projects with high standards
• Experienced with syndicated media planning tools to build audience-driven plans
• Comfortable with data analysis and AI-enabled workflows
• Desire to grow as a leader and mentor to colleagues
• BA or equivalent with emphasis on marketing/advertising/business

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-channel campaign planning and deliver holistic, full-funnel recommendations
• Oversee campaign logistics for flawless execution
• Own daily/weekly client interaction and present campaign performance details
• Collaborate with Activation, Investment and Data & Measurement teams on optimizations
• Analyze data, craft insights and make internal/external recommendations
• Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate research, plan building and reporting
• Contribute to new workflow innovations and client engagements
