Monks is seeking a Performance Media Specialist to lead high-performance international digital marketing campaigns. The role focuses on crafting strategy across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic channels, while leveraging data to optimize results for global clients.

Ideal candidates have advanced English proficiency, extensive paid media experience, and a proactive, autonomous mindset committed to meeting deadlines and delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• Advanced or Fluent English required for international collaboration.
• Extensive experience in digital performance media across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and Programmatic.
• Data-driven approach to analyze campaign results and optimize performance.
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
• Strong ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Participate in client meetings and engage stakeholders to align on expectations.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.
• Create media plans to maximize impact and KPI achievement.
• Produce performance reports using Excel, Google Sheets, Looker Studio.
• Monitor campaigns from launch to final reporting and adjust as needed.
• Develop and optimize CPC/PPC ads.
• Organize workloads and support project management tasks.
• Mentor peers and contribute to team skills development.
