Job summary

Monks is seeking a Sr Manager, Media Strategy to lead day-to-day planning, insights and client service for high-value client relationships. You will help drive holistic, full-funnel recommendations across Social, Search, Programmatic, Video, OOH and Direct Partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in media planning, digital media or client service.
• Self-starter who can manage multiple projects with high standards.
• Experience with syndicated media planning tools (MediaOcean Prisma, Comscore, GWI, Nielsen).
• Comfort with data analysis and AI-enabled ways of working.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership ambitions.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-channel campaign planning and deliver holistic, full-funnel recommendations.
• Oversee campaign logistics for flawless execution.
• Own daily and weekly client interaction: calls and meetings, share performance details.
• Collaborate with Activation, Investment and Data & Measurement teams on optimizations.
• Analyze data, craft insights, and make recommendations.
• Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate research, audience insights, plan building and reporting.
• Brainstorm and implement new ways to optimize client workflows and engagements.
• Package learnings into case studies and client-facing POVs with cross-functional teams.
