Job summary

Dash0 is opening a role for a Commercial Solutions Engineer in Amsterdam. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, bridging product and customer outcomes by designing, demonstrating, and validating Dash0's observability capabilities in real-world environments.

Based in Amsterdam and collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering, you will lead technical demos, architect solutions, and guide customers through Proofs of Concept to realize Dash0's value.

Qualifications

• Deep technical knowledge in Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, observability pipelines, and distributed tracing.
• Hands-on experience with instrumentation, telemetry data ingestion, and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of modern DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering practices.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex observability concepts to engineers and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect observability solutions leveraging OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, and cloud-native tech.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable Dash0 implementations.
• Develop and execute POCs that showcase Dash0 capabilities.
• Deliver technical demos and presentations for engineers and executives.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to position Dash0 as the technical solution of choice.
• Provide architecture guidance for observability setup and data modeling.
• Create and maintain reusable demo environments and POC templates.
• Provide technical insights to influence product roadmap.
