Job summary

Dash0, Amsterdam-based, is looking for an Enterprise Solutions Engineer (Solutions Architect title internally) to design, demonstrate, and validate observability solutions for our largest customers. You will bridge product and customer outcomes with hands-on PoCs and compelling technical demos.

You will partner with sales and product teams to deliver POCs, guide observability architecture discussions, and ensure customers realize the full value of Dash0’s platform, spanning pre- and post-sales

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and OpenTelemetry.
• Experience building observability pipelines and telemetry data ingestion.
• Strong understanding of DevOps/SRE practices and cloud-native architectures.
• Excellent ability to explain complex observability concepts to engineers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect observability solutions using OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, and cloud-native tech.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable Dash0 implementations.
• Develop and run Proofs of Concept to demonstrate Dash0 value.
• Deliver technical demos and presentations for engineering and executive audiences.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to position Dash0 as the technical solution.
