Nutreco is seeking a highly analytical Business & Market Intelligence Manager for North America. The role is remote across North America, with preference for candidates near Guelph, Indianapolis, or Calgary, combining data analytics with strategic business decisions to drive growth and profitability.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
• 5–7+ years in BI, analytics, market intelligence, or related analytical role in a B2B environment
• Experience analyzing sales performance, profitability, pricing, customer performance, market trends, and competitive intelligence
• Proven ability to develop KPI frameworks, dashboards, scorecards, and self-service reporting environments
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management with senior leaders
• Advanced proficiency with Power BI, Excel, CRM platforms, and analytical tools
• Experience driving projects and continuous improvement programs
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; fluent English; French a plus
• Experience in agriculture/animal nutrition/food production/manufacturing is a plus
