Job summary

NEP Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Business & Market Intelligence Analyst for Europe, located in Hilversum with hybrid work and occasional travel. You will synthesize market formats, audience data and CRM information to guide strategy and growth across clients and markets.

You will connect data sources, build dashboards and present insights to senior leaders, supporting account planning, bids and investments in a dynamic broadcast environment.

Qualifications

• Around five years’ experience in business intelligence, market research, commercial analysis or strategy, ideally in television, media production, broadcasting, streaming or content distribution.
• Strong understanding of television commissioning and production lifecycle; ability to interpret audience and streaming data.
• Advanced Power BI or Tableau and Excel skills; practical SQL and data-modelling experience.
• Experience working with CRM, finance and project data (e.g., Dynamics 365 or Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Build a European overview of unscripted formats from development to broadcast, tracking IP, adaptations and stakeholders.
• Analyse programme performance and trends using audience, demographic, scheduling, channel and streaming data.
• Connect CRM pipeline with project, revenue, margin, and utilisation data to understand activity across clients and markets.
• Turn data and market knowledge into clear recommendations for growth, cross-sell opportunities and market entry.
