Nutreco, a global leader in animal nutrition, seeks a Global Digital Lead – Livestock Feed to own digital transformation across Trouw Nutrition. You will translate business strategy into a focused roadmap delivering customer value, growth and operational excellence.

You’ll partner with global and local leaders, align requirements with technology capabilities, leverage AI and automation, and lead cross-functional governance to ensure measurable outcomes and sustainable value.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
10+ years in digital transformation and leadership.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrix org.
Strong knowledge of data analytics, AI, automation, and enterprise platforms.
Experience in livestock or agriculture industry preferred.

Responsabilités
