Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Mobile Paid User Acquisition Manager for remote work within the EU. You will manage campaigns across major social platforms, Google Ads, and mobile DSPs, leveraging MMPs and SKAdNetwork to drive measurable growth for a varied portfolio of apps and brands.

You will own end-to-end campaigns, develop data-driven strategies, and collaborate with clients, founders, and the marketing team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience managing paid user acquisition channels for mobile applications.
• In-depth knowledge of leading Mobile Measurement Partner platforms (Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch, Kochava).
• Strong understanding of mobile tracking, attribution, and campaign measurement.
• Experience with Apple's SKAdNetwork (SKAN).
• Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (Excel, Data Studio, Tableau).
• Strong reporting skills and ability to translate data into insights for optimization and clients.
• Excellent presentation skills and proficiency with Google Slides, PowerPoint, etc.
• Attention to detail and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Collaborative approach and willingness to share expertise with team and community.

Responsibilities

• Own mobile paid acquisition campaigns from setup to reporting, optimization, and client communication.
• Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, X, Snapchat, TikTok and other major platforms.
• Plan and manage Google Ads and Apple Search Ads campaigns.
• Launch and optimize campaigns across mobile DSPs (AppLovin, Moloco, Mintegral, Kayzen, Unity).
• Coordinate MMP setups for accurate tracking and measurement.
• Create and maintain performance reports using Google Sheets, Data Studio, Tableau, etc.
• Develop creative briefs and work with the graphics team; source UGC creators.
• Explore AI-powered tools to improve creative production and workflows.
• Communicate campaign results and trends clearly to clients; own account KPIs.
• Advise on measurement topics (SKAN, attribution, integrations); identify risks and corrective actions.
• Share knowledge with the team and participate in industry visibility activities.
