Job summary

DEPT is a remote-first agency seeking a Senior Account Manager, Paid Media, to lead mobile app growth initiatives with an omni-channel, direct response focus. You will own campaigns across Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and Paid Social, coordinating with clients and internal teams to drive performance and expansion opportunities.

You will partner with the Associate Director to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, mentoring a direct report, and ensuring QA standards across all work.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of digital performance marketing experience focused on mobile app acquisition.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads including UAC, Paid Social, and Apple Search Ads.
• Experience with mobile ad networks or programmatic/DSP environments a plus.
• Working knowledge of MMPs, iOS SKAN, and mobile attribution concepts.
• Comfort with budgeting, bidding strategies, and testing methodologies.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficiency in Excel.
• Proven experience presenting performance insights and recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day performance and execution of mobile app acquisition focused, omni-channel direct response paid media programs.
• Design, launch, and optimize direct response mobile app campaigns across Google Ads (including UAC), Apple Search Ads, Paid Social, and mobile ad networks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing communication and leading weekly status calls across performance, test updates, and expansion opportunities.
• Drive account strategy to meet or exceed client efficiency, scale, and growth goals.
• Monitor daily performance, pacing, and budgets, identifying irregularities and optimization opportunities.
• Develop and execute testing roadmaps and leverage reporting dashboards to provide timely performance insights and analysis
• Leverage mobile measurement partners (MMPs) and iOS SKAN to support attribution, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.
• Own project management across accounts, coordinating internal teams, vendors, and timelines.
• Ensure all work meets QA standards and is delivered error-free.
• Manage relationships with platform and vendor reps, vetting new opportunities while maintaining best practices.
• Manage and mentor at least one direct report, supporting development and strong execution.
