Job summary

Jobgether is partnering to hire a Performance Marketing Lead (User Acquisition) based in the Netherlands for a fully remote role. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in performance marketing, with hands-on experience managing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and AppLovin.

You will optimize CAC, ROAS, and LTV, and drive growth across multiple markets. You will own end-to-end campaign execution, collaborate with creative and marketing teams, and leverage attribution tools to inform investment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or user acquisition, ideally mobile gaming or consumer apps.
• Hands-on experience planning and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin.
• Ability to manage large advertising budgets and meet CAC/ROAS/LTV targets.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics, attribution models, and payback periods.
• Experience with mobile measurement platforms such as AppsFlyer or Adjust.
• Proven track record of directly managing acquisition campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin and other platforms.
• Allocate and manage substantial budgets based on CAC, ROAS, LTV and payback metrics.
• Analyze campaign performance, funnels, and cohorts to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Design experiments across audiences, bidding, landing pages and creatives to boost conversions.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to refine messaging and assets.
• Measure attribution and incrementality to guide investment decisions.
• Develop acquisition strategies across international markets and scale successful campaigns.
• Drive continuous improvement to keep CAC within targets while growing volume.
• Own execution and optimization of campaigns to deliver measurable results.
• Maintain data-driven approach to budgeting and channel performance.
