Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a PPC Specialist based in the Netherlands to own paid acquisition across channels and drive profitable growth. You will shape campaign strategy, manage budgets, and leverage product economics to guide bidding decisions.

You will collaborate with Analytics, Development, and Product teams to strengthen tracking, improve funnels, and uncover growth opportunities. The role offers autonomy and potential to advance to Head of PPC.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years hands-on PPC or paid search experience with full account ownership.
• Solid experience in Google Ads; Microsoft Ads is a plus.
• Proven ability to scale paid acquisition while keeping profitability.
• Strong understanding of LTV, CAC, and payback in product economics.
• Ability to build and defend financial/performance models in spreadsheets.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end PPC strategy from planning to scaling and performance analysis.
• Manage budgets and allocate spend to hit CAC, ROAS, and payback targets.
• Model product economics to inform bidding and budget allocation.
• Set up accurate tracking and value-based optimization with Analytics/Dev teams.
• Lead a testing roadmap for creatives, keywords, audiences, bidding, and landing pages.
• Identify new acquisition opportunities across markets and channels.
• Collaborate with Product to improve funnel performance.
• Develop and present performance reports with insights and optimization plans.
