Jobgether's partner company in the Netherlands is seeking a User Acquisition Manager (Google Ads) to own paid acquisition strategies and drive growth for a global health and fitness brand. You will manage substantial budgets, scale Google Ads campaigns, and optimize funnels across channels, collaborating with Marketing to push performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in user acquisition, performance marketing, or similar roles.
• Hands-on Google Ads experience across Search, Display, and Demand Gen.
• Experience managing large monthly ad budgets (≥ $300,000).

Responsabilités

• Plan, launch, manage, and scale Google Ads campaigns including Search, Demand Gen, and GDN.
• Own monthly ad budgets above $300,000 and allocate efficiently for profitability.
• Achieve target CPA, ROAS, and ROI while optimizing campaigns.
• Monitor performance metrics and use data-driven insights to improve efficiency.
• Optimize web funnels and landing pages to lift conversion rates.
• Identify profitable strategies and scalable approaches to grow user acquisition.
• Collaborate with Marketing to test creatives aligned with acquisition goals.
• Shape the overall user acquisition strategy and contribute to growth planning.
