Job summary

Bynder is seeking a Legal Intern to join our Amsterdam office. This role offers exposure to legal operations, commercial contract management, and general in-house legal team support.

You will collaborate with multiple departments and contribute to contract processes, litigation readiness, and daily legal operations. Strong English skills and a Dutch Master’s in Law involvement are required; prior internships are a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proactive and independent with a strong learning mindset.
• Prior legal internships including contract management or legal operations is a strong advantage.
• Dutch Master’s in Law must be ongoing during internship.

Responsibilities

• Assist in legal operations projects to enhance contract repository quality and efficiency.
• Audit and process contracts in Salesforce; maintain accurate records.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Bynder Legal Team.
• Support legal research and review basic commercial agreements (NDAs).
