We are looking for a proactive and hands‑on Senior Paralegal to join our European Legal function. This role supports the Associate General Counsel for Europe and is part of our dynamic Global Legal Team.
This is a broad and evolving role suited for someone who enjoys working across corporate governance, commercial contracting, and compliance matters. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting legal operations across our European entities, working closely with internal stakeholders including Contract Operations, Finance, and Talent and Sales teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building processes, improving documentation, and supporting a legal team operationally. Because the position is new, we value individuals who are curious, adaptable, and comfortable helping shape the role.
What you will work on
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Contracting Support
- Conduct first‑level review of commercial agreements and identify key legal or contractual risks.
- Provide practical guidance to the Contract Operations team regarding contract terms and internal templates.
- Assist in the drafting, updating, and maintenance of contract templates, including: NDAs, Master service agreements, Supplier agreements and other standard commercial templates.
- Legal Operations & Document Management
- Help build and maintain a centralized legal document library for master agreements and templates.
- Support improvements in legal documentation processes and workflows.
- Maintain records of executed agreements and contract templates across European entities.
- Support compliance and due diligence activities, particularly related to the engagement of contractors and third‑party suppliers for European entities.
- Assist with supplier questionnaires and regulatory documentation.
- Assist with ad‑hoc legal and administrative matters as needed. Manages, organizes, and archives documents with software tools and technology.
- Corporate Governance
- Draft board and shareholder resolutions for European legal entities.
- Assist with corporate governance documentation and maintenance of corporate records.
- Support corporate housekeeping for European subsidiaries where needed.
What you will bring
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
- 5+ years experience in corporate law.
- Fluency in English (Dutch language skills are considered an advantage).
- Team player who brings a strong “can do” attitude to the workplace and works collaboratively with other members of the legal team.
- High level of comfort with and responsive to rapid developments and changes in direction.
- Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple matters simultaneously.

- 30 Holidays with an option for c/f or c/b 10 days per calendar year.
