Job summary

Donaldson in the Netherlands is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive sustainable revenue growth. You will sell industrial dust collection and filtration systems, support resellers, OEMs and end customers, and develop long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Requires degree or vocational training with technical background.
• Several years of technical sales experience.
• Fluent Dutch and good English skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% and reside in the territory.

Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for sustainable and profitable revenue growth within your sales territory
• Active sales of industrial air filtration systems, dust collection, and related services
• Independent management, development, and expansion of your customer base (resellers, OEMs, end users)
• Technical consultation of customers and development of customized solutions in close cooperation with internal departments (e.g., project engineering)
• Identification and development of new market segments to strengthen market presence
• Establishment of long-term customer relationships through regular communication and excellent service
• CRM-supported sales management, including planning, forecasting, reporting, and documentation of all sales activities
• Close collaboration with internal project and engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of customer projects
