Job summary

Bugaboo International is seeking an experienced IT Application Specialist to support and enhance our Product Information Management (PIM) and Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS) applications. You will be the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in application support or business applications, strong stakeholder management, and experience with PIM/APS, especially Salsify and SO99+. English fluency required.

Qualifications

3–5 years in IT Application Support or similar.
Experience with PIM and/or APS applications.
Strong communication with business stakeholders.
Fluent English, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for PIM and APS apps.
Provide functional support, incident management, and issue resolution.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and users to implement enhancements.
Coordinate testing activities including UAT.
Monitor application performance and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Manage application-related change requests and ensure successful deployment of new functionalities.
Create and maintain functional documentation, knowledge articles, and user guides.
Deliver user training and support to business teams.
