Job summary

GeekSoft Consulting is seeking an experienced ERP consultant in Gelderland/Arnhem to design, implement, and optimize client ERP solutions using IFS Cloud and PSO. The role requires in-depth knowledge of IFS modules, strong business analysis skills, and the ability to lead workshops with stakeholders.

You will translate business needs into detailed specifications, configure PSO and related modules, and ensure system resiliency and ongoing improvements while coordinating with technical teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ERP consulting experience, including at least 3 years with IFS Applications or IFS Cloud and PSO.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications within the IFS Cloud system.
• Proficiency in configuring IFS Planning, Scheduling & Optimization (PSO) and related modules such as EAM, Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, Projects, HCM, and CRM.
• Strong liaison between business users and technical teams during implementation and post-go-live support.
• Ability to lead workshops and deliver functional demonstrations to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of project management or Agile methodologies.

Requirements

• Configure and customize IFS Planning, Scheduling & Optimization (PSO) and related modules, including Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Projects, Human Capital Management (HCM), and CRM.
  
• Act as the primary liaison between business users and the technical team during implementation and post-go-live support.
  
• Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, system configuration, testing, training, and support.
  
• Lead workshops and conduct functional demonstrations for stakeholders.
  
• Collaborate with technical consultants to support integrations with ancillary and third-party systems.
  
• Create and maintain system documentation, user manuals, process flows, and training materials.
  
• Provide end-user support, resolve functional issues, and recommend continuous improvements.
  
• Stay up to date with IFS Cloud and PSO features, functionality, and product roadmaps to support future enhancements.
  
• Experience in at least two full-cycle implementations of IFS Cloud and Planning, Scheduling & Optimization (PSO).
  
• Strong understanding of core business processes in one or more functional domains, including Finance, HCM, Manufacturing, Logistics, Service, or Projects.
  
• Industry experience in the utilities sector is highly preferred.
  
• Proficiency in both Dutch and English.
  
• IFS Certified Functional Consultant.
  
• Knowledge of project management or Agile methodologies.
  
• Strong understanding of business processes related to Field Service Management.
  
• Ability to document business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and configure IFS Cloud applications to meet business needs.
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
