Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Integration Engineer for a fully remote role based in the Netherlands. You will help e-commerce businesses connect their websites and apps to our AI-powered search and product discovery platform, combining API guidance with hands-on troubleshooting.

You will guide customers through onboarding, configure catalogs and facets, resolve technical issues, and contribute to documentation and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Understanding of REST-based web services, APIs, and common integration practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to audiences with different levels of technical expertise.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to diagnosing issues and finding practical solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing responsive, high-quality customer support.
• Familiarity with JSON and CSV formats, and basic search/index concepts is advantageous.
• Experience using debugging tools such as Postman, browser dev tools, and application logs is beneficial.
• Understanding of HTTP, network requests routing, and A/B testing is advantageous.
• Familiarity with JavaScript web app development and open-source libraries is desirable.
• Ability to collaborate with customers and internal teams in a fast-moving, technology-focused environment.
• A learning-oriented mindset and willingness to develop technical expertise in e-commerce search and platform integrations.

Responsibilities

• Guide e-commerce customers through the technical integration process and help connect their sites and apps to the platform.
• Provide technical assistance on REST APIs, integration best practices, and use of open-source libraries.
• Investigate and resolve integration issues in collaboration with Customer Success teams and other specialists.
• Assist customers with catalog data uploads and configuration, including facets and search options.
• Serve as a technical point of contact, explaining concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Record interactions, recurring issues, and resolutions; improve onboarding guides and troubleshooting resources.
• Identify opportunities to streamline integration workflows and improve customer experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address complex technical questions and provide timely support.
