Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Middle Software Engineer (Ruby on Rails) based in the Netherlands for a fully remote role. You will own core backend systems within an AI-driven content platform powering ecommerce and advertising tech, delivering features end-to-end and ensuring reliability.

You will work in an international team, maintain CI/CD pipelines, write automated tests, review code, and collaborate with stakeholders to align with business needs.

Qualifications

• Between two and five years of professional experience in backend or full-stack software development.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, enhance, and develop FAdmin and related components of the Content Platform.
• Deliver roadmap features end to end from planning to production.
• Apply an AI-first development approach using Claude Code or similar AI agents.
• Refactor and improve existing codebases for maintainability and AI accessibility.
• Participate in Service Desk activities and resolve operational requests.
• Write and maintain automated tests to ensure reliability.
• Participate in peer code reviews and CI/CD improvements.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to deliver business-aligned solutions.
• Continuously improve development workflows and AI-assisted practices.
