Job summary

Jobgether in the Netherlands is seeking a Technical Implementation Lead to guide complex enterprise integrations for a global shipping and eCommerce platform. You will own the implementation lifecycle from discovery to go-live, including API integrations, data mapping, and solution design, while coordinating with sales, solutions developers, and customer success.

You will manage multiple projects, define Statements of Work, and ensure scope, timelines, and pricing align with customer

Qualifications

Five+ years in technical implementation, solutions architecture, or similar customer-facing role.
Enterprise SaaS implementations experience.
Expert knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns.
Strong authentication knowledge: OAuth 2.0, SSO, API keys.
Proficiency with JSON, data mapping, and SQL; testing with Postman/Insomnia.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery sessions with Enterprise teams to map customer systems (eCommerce, ERP, OMS, WMS).
Define implementation approach and architecture for each project.
Prepare and approve Statements of Work with scope, deliverables, and timelines.
Coordinate with Solutions Developers to align on scope and resolve blockers.
Manage multiple implementations, track milestones, risks, and changes.
Oversee handovers to Customer Success and Support with proper documentation.
Maintain governance over custom integrations and cost registers.
Create reusable documentation from recurring questions.
Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
