Job summary

Dell Technologies is seeking an Associate Inside Sales Representative for the Netherlands, part of the NextGen Sales Academy (NGSA). You will engage with customers via phone, chat, web, or email, focusing on Dell’s Data Center portfolio and strategic initiatives.

You will join a three-year accelerated program with structured learning, regional training across EMEA, and mentorship to develop sales, technology, and leadership skills in a dynamic international environment.

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor Degree, max 0-2 years work experience.
• Proficient in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with experienced sales and technology professionals on customer engagements and strategic business discussions.
• Develop an understanding of customers' business priorities, IT challenges, and transformation initiatives.
• Learn how Dell Technologies helps organizations achieve their goals through solutions across infrastructure, multicloud, data, AI, and cybersecurity.
• Build strong commercial, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Generate new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and customer outreach.
• Collaborate across Sales, Presales, Marketing, and Leadership teams to deliver customer value.
